User Manual – How to view the year-end slips
• In the UKG Home page, select Myself from the left-hand menu.
• Select Pay.
• Click Year-End Slips.
• From the Year-End Slips page, click the Form Type link for the year you want to view.

• You will be taken to the Year-End Slip Details page.
• Select:
o Download PDF: saves the statement to your device
o Print: sends the statement to your printer
• Follow your browser’s prompts to complete the action.
